Guidelines with regard to Sales conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SALES AND CANCELLATIONS:
– The rooms and the apartment are exclusively destined to guests and residents. The dining/living room are only accessible from 7AM to 6.30PM .
– The usage of the stove and kitchens is exclusively reserved to the landlord and its employees.
– Free access to the balcony/terrace
– The maintenance of the room and the apartment will take place at the end of the stay
For all reservations that exceed a reservation period of 7 days or more , the sheets and towels will be refreshened at the end of the week.
– Extra guests are not allowed without the landlord’s consent.
A maximum of 2 persons per room, and 4 for the apartment(flat).
– Following the local police regulations, we request to take into consideration that between 10 PM and 7 AM noise should be reduced to a minimum.
– Free wifi is available in all the building
– Small pets allowed for extra fee, and has to be mentioned during the reservation.
– The building is an entirely « non- smoking » area
– The reception is open from 7 Am untill 6.30 PM
– Check in period : from 10 AM to 6 PM ( After 10 AM)
– Rooms are available from 2 PM on the day of arrival
– Check out : 12 AM
– All rooms include : bathrobes , linens and bath towels. Basic toiletries (soap, toothbrush, etc..). Fridge.TV.Wifi.
– For security reasons the establishment and common areas are fully equipped with security cameras and under surveillance 24/7
General conditions of sales:
– During your stay all items and objects in the establishment are for sale :
An inventory of the room/apartment will be done before every check in and after every check out.
Any damage done in the rooms will automatically be charged. The price is based on the initial purchasing price of the damaged item. …
A deposit of 500€ for the rooms and 1000€ for the apartment will be asked.
– Stays /reservations are payable in advance
– Any reservation can be cancelled within 24 hours following the moment the booking has been made, free of charge.
Cancellations made 24h or more after the reservation date, will be fully charged and are not eligible for refund.
